InSite Buys Site for 2.83 Acre ALDI Ground Lease in Towanda, PA

InSite Real Estate purchased a 2.83-acre site and signed a long-term ground lease with ALDI for the construction of a 19,647 SF single-tenant building at 935 Craftmaster Road in Towanda, PA.  The pad ready site is scheduled to be delivered to ALDI in the fourth quarter of 2021.  ALDI, a worldwide discount supermarket chain, owns, and operates almost 2,000 stores in 36 states in the United States.
