InSite Real Estate purchased a 17,000 SF former Circuit City building at 427 23rd Street in Panama City, FL and signed a long-term lease with West Marine, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for the entire building. The redeveloped building will be delivered in September 2014. West Marine is a national retailer specializing in boating supplies.
