InSite Buys 58-Acre Site for 500,000 SF Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Industrial Build-to-Suit in Romulus, MI

InSite Real Estate purchased a 58-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) US LLC for a 500,000 SF single-tenant build-to-suit industrial building at I-275 and Pennsylvania Road in Romulus, MI.  The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2017.  FCA US, a member of the world’s seventh largest automaker, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., designs, engineers, manufactures, and sells vehicles under the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat brands.
