InSite Buys Site for 190,000 SF Cott Beverages Build-to-Suit in Greer, SC

InSite Real Estate purchased a 13.2 acre site and signed a long-term lease with Cott Beverages for a 190,000 SF expansion to Cott’s existing industrial building at 1990 Hood Road in Greer, SC. The building will be delivered in the second quarter of 2015. Cott Beverages produces, packages, and distributes a wide selection of bottled and canned carbonated beverages under private label and branded names worldwide.
