InSite Buys Site for 2,080 SF Burger King Build-to-Suit in El Centro, CA

InSite Real Estate purchased a .77-acre site and signed a long-term lease with F & N Investments, Inc., an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,080 SF single-tenant building at 2170 N. Waterman Ave. in El Centro, CA. The building is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2022. F&N Investments, Inc. is a franchisee of Burger King, a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands Inc. who is a multi-national hamburger fast food restaurant with over 17,000 locations in over 100 countries.
