InSite Real Estate purchased a .57-acre site and signed a long-term lease with F & N Investments, Inc., an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,080 SF single-tenant building on Archibald Avenue, south of East Philadelphia Street in Ontario, CA. The building is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. F&N Investments, Inc. is a franchisee of Burger King, a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands Inc. and a multi-national hamburger fast food restaurant with over 17,000 locations in 100 countries.
