InSite Buys Site for 2,165 SF Burger King Build-to-Suit in Aurora, IL

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.05-acre site and signed a long-term lease with TOMS King, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,165 SF single-tenant retail building at 1378 Butterfield Road in Aurora, IL.  The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2019. TOMS King is a 100-unit franchisee of Burger King – the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world that operates more than 14,000 locations in approximately 100 countries.
