InSite Buys Site for 2,200 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Dover, DE

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.19-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,200 SF single-tenant retail building at 4009 S. DuPont in Dover, DE.  The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2022.  With over 30,000 locations in 83 countries, Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee and specialty drinks.
