InSite Buys Site for 2,826 SF Burger King Build-to-Suit in Fairborn, OH

InSite Real Estate purchased a 0.89-acre site and signed a long-term lease with TOMS King, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,826 SF single-tenant building at 60 Broad Street in Fairborn, OH.  The building will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017. TOMS King is a 100-unit franchisee of Burger King – the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world that operates more than 14,000 locations in approximately 100 countries.
