InSite Buys Site for 300,000 SF Chemours Industrial Build-to-Suit in Pass Christian, MS

InSite Real Estate purchased a 39-acre site and signed a long-term lease with The Chemours Company for a 300,000 SF single-tenant industrial building to be built at the northeast corner of I-10 and Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, MS.
