InSite Buys Site for 7,500 SF Multi-Tenant Retail Building in Martinsburg, WV; Signs 3,500 SF Lease with Aspen Dental

InSite Real Estate purchased a 0.90-acre site at 14725 Apple Harvest Drive in Martinsburg, WV for a 7,500 SF multi-tenant retail building and signed a long-term 3,500 SF lease with Aspen Dental, an InSite build-to-suit program client.  The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.  Aspen Dental is a dental services organization that provides non-clinical business services to licensed, independent dentists in more than 450 Aspen Dental practices in communities across 28 states.
