InSite Buys Site for 2,300 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Smyrna, DE

InSite Real Estate purchased a .95-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,300 SF single-tenant retail building at 1350 S. DuPont Blvd. in Smyrna, DE.  The building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.  With 30,000 locations in 70 countries, Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee.
