InSite Real Estate purchased a 14.3 acre site and signed a long-term lease with Cott Beverages for a 231,000 SF expansion to Cott’s existing building at 3502 Enterprise Drive in Joplin, MO. The building will be delivered in October 2014. Cott Beverages produces, packages, and distributes a wide selection of bottled and canned carbonated beverages under private label and branded names worldwide.
