InSite Real Estate purchased a .57-acre site and signed a long-term lease with F & N Investments, Inc., an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,348 SF single-tenant building at 27140 Eucalyptus Avenue in Moreno Valley, CA. The building is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. F & N Investments, Inc., is a franchisee of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen who is a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands Inc. and is the second-largest quick-service chicken restaurant group with over 3,000 restaurants in 40 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and 30 countries worldwide.
