InSite Real Estate purchased a .38-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,365 SF single-tenant retail building at 109 E. Alexander Ave in Greenwood, SC. The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
