InSite Real Estate purchased a .93-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,500 SF single-tenant retail building located at 7521 Friendship Lane in Roanoke, VA. The building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating over 33,000 locations in 80 countries.
