InSite Real Estate purchased a .90-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,500 SF single-tenant retail building located at 202 Cedar Springs Rd. in Spartanburg, SC. The building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
