InSite Buys Site for 2,500 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Walton, KY

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.55-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,500 SF single-tenant retail building at 210 Mary Grubbs Highway in Walton, KY.  The building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.  Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating 30,000 locations in 70 countries.
