InSite Buys Site for 2,919 SF Burger King Build-to-Suit in Harrisburg, PA

InSite Real Estate purchased a 2.3-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Royal Foods, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,919 SF single-tenant building at the southwest corner of Derry Street and Milroy Road in Harrisburg, PA. The building is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. Royal Foods is a franchisee of Burger King, a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands Inc. and a multi-national hamburger fast food restaurant with over 17,000 locations in 100 countries.
