InSite Real Estate purchased a 65,310 SF site and signed a long-term lease with Primanti Bros., an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 4,689 SF single-tenant retail building at 2430 North Fairfield Road in Beavercreek, OH. The building will be completed in the second quarter of 2016. With over 30 locations nationwide, Primanti Bros. is known for its gigantic sandwiches stuffed with French fries and coleslaw, and has a variety of menu items, including burgers, pizza, wings and salads.
