InSite Buys Site for 6,615 SF Multi-Tenant Retail Building in Winchester, VA; Signs 2,500 SF Lease with Starbucks

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.12-acre site at 111 Market Street in Winchester, VA for a 6,615 SF multi-tenant retail building and signed a long-term 2,500 SF lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client.  The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2020. Starbucks, is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating in over 60 countries.
