InSite Buys Site for 6.66-Acre Ground Lease with ALDI in Orchard Park, NY

InSite Real Estate purchased a 6.66-acre site and signed a long-term ground lease with Aldi for the construction of a 20,700 SF single-tenant building at 3366 Orchard Park Rd. in Orchard Park, NY. The pad ready site is scheduled to be delivered to Aldi in the fourth quarter of 2022. ALDI, a worldwide discount supermarket chain, owns and operates almost 10,000 stores in 20 countries.
