Insite Real Estate completed a 118,000 SF (11,000 SM) build-to-suit engineering and research building for BWI (Beijing West Industries Co., Ltd) Poland Technologies in Krakow, Poland. The building is powered by an advanced trigeneration system that produces the energy needed to cool, heat, power and ventilate the facility.  BWI is a leading designer and manufacturer of brake and transmission systems for the global transportation market.
