InSite Signs 145,906 SF Industrial Lease Expansion with Korex in Chicago, IL

InSite Real Estate signed a 145,906 SF lease expansion with Korex at Lincoln Business Center, an 835,000 SF multi-tenant industrial building owned by InSite and located at 4100 West 76th Street in Chicago, IL. Korex’s original lease was for 52,686 SF. The Korex companies are contract manufacturers of consumer, industrial, and institutional cleaning products for major brands and retailers throughout North America.
