InSite Real Estate purchased a 123-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Ford Motor Company for a 1M SF single-tenant build-to-suit industrial building at 8335 North Telegraph Road, Newport, MI.  The building will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.  Founded in 1903 and based in Dearborn, MI, The Ford Motor Company is the second-largest U.S.-based automaker and the fifth-largest in the world. Ford produces automobiles, luxury and commercial vehicles, SUVs, and automotive parts.
