InSite Real Estate purchased a .71-acre site and signed a long-term ground lease for a 3,163 SF single-tenant retail building and fuel station with 7-Eleven at 1600 E. Franklin in Gastonia, NC.  The building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.  7-Eleven, a leading convenience and fuel provider, operates, franchises, and licenses close to 10,000 locations in the U.S. and Canada and more than 67,000 stores in 17 countries around the world.
