InSite Buys Site for 11,000 SQM BWI Poland Technologies Build-to-Suit in Krakow, Poland

Insite Real Estate purchased a 1.20-hectare site (10.38-acre) and signed a long-term, full-building lease with BWI (Beijing West Industries Co., Ltd) for a 11,000 square meter (118,000 SF) engineering and research building in Krakow, Poland.  The building will be completed in the second quarter of 2020.  BWI is a leading designer and manufacturer of brake and transmission systems for the global transportation market.
