InSite Buys Site for 2,250 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Florence, KY

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.79-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,250 SF single-tenant retail building at 8755 US Highway 42 in Florence, KY.  The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2019.  Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating in over 60 countries.
