InSite Real Estate purchased a 52-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Penske Logistics for a 606,000 SF single-tenant build-to-suit cold storage building at 15520 Wayne Road in Romulus, MI.  The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2018.  Penske Logistics provides dedicated carriage, distribution management, lead logistics, freight brokerage, and supply chain consulting solutions to market-leading companies around the globe.
