InSite Real Estate completed a 28,000 SF single-tenant retail building for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, an InSite build-to-suit program client, at 9920 Lin Ferry Drive in St. Louis, MO.  A full-service specialty retailer focusing on value-priced fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings, Fresh Thyme is scheduled to open 80 stores by 2019.
