InSite Buys Site for 2,500 SF Starbucks Build-to-Suit in Christiansburg, VA

InSite Real Estate purchased a .88-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Starbucks, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 2,500 SF single-tenant retail building at 2347 Roanoke Street in Christiansburg, VA.  The building is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.  Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating in over 60 countries.
