InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.12-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Fresh Thyme Farmers Market for a 28,780 SF single-tenant building at Benton’s Crossing Shopping Center at the northeast corner of Five Mile Road and Sheldon Road in Northville, MI. The building will be delivered in the third quarter of 2015. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a new full-service specialty grocer focusing on fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings with plans to open 60 stores in the Midwest by 2019.
