InSite Buys Site for 125,000 SF Expansion of Dometic Building in Goshen, IN

InSite Real Estate purchased an 11-acre site for a 125,000 SF build-to-suit expansion of InSite’s existing 125,000 SF industrial building at 2482 Century Drive in Goshen, IN and signed a long-term lease with the current tenant, Dometic Corporation, for the entire 250,000 SF building. The expansion will be completed in December 2014. Dometic Corporation is a worldwide supplier of high quality and innovate products to the RV and Marine industries.
