InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.13-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Sleepy’s, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 5,000 SF single-tenant building at 194 Holt Garrison Parkway, Danville, VA. The building will be delivered in the first quarter of 2015. Sleepy's is a privately owned, fourth-generation company with over 900 retail locations in 17 states.
