InSite Real Estate purchased a 2.65 acre site and signed a long-term lease with Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 28,800 SF single-tenant building at 933 High Street in Worthington, OH. The building will be delivered in the third quarter of 2015. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a new, full-service specialty grocer focusing on fresh, healthy, natural, and organic offerings with plans to open 60 stores in the Midwest by 2019.
