InSite Signs Ground Lease for 25,000 SF West Marine Build-to-Suit in San Juan, PR

InSte Real Estate signed a long-term ground lease with the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico for a 1.5 acre site and signed a long-term lease with West Marine, an InSite multi-unit build-to-suit program client, for a 25,000 SF single-tenant building in the Golden Mile area of the Hato Rey sector of San Juan, PR. The building will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2015. West Marine is a national retailer specializing in boating supplies.
