InSite Buys Site for 6,700 SF Advance Auto Parts Build-to-Suit in Wilmar, MN

InSite Real Estate purchased a 19,000 SF site and signed a long-term lease with Advance Auto Parts, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 6,700 SF single-tenant building at 902 First Street in Wilmar, MN. The building will be delivered in September 2014. Advance Auto Parts, the largest automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America, operates 5,297 company-operated stores in 49 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada.
