InSite Signs 35,000 SF Lease with LA Fitness in New Lenox, IL

InSite Real Estate signed a long-term lease with LA Fitness for a 35,000 SF single-tenant build-to-suit facility at US Route 30 and Vancina Lane in New Lenox, IL. The building will be delivered in September 2014 and will anchor InSite’s new 16 acre retail development in the southwest Chicago suburb.
